|Madalyn Parker, a web developer presently asked permission for a couple days of for her mental health care but she was very shocked when she got a replied email back from her boss.
Parker works for one software engineering company named Olark and she has become a vocal advocate for her workplace staff as she wrote an emotional essay in 2015 describing that the tough time she had in battling with her mental heal condition and how this problem affects her work quality.
Normally, this kind of company is giving work that causes a lot of mental problems like depression, anxiety and other mental disorders. She got a lot of praise and support from social media after sharing the email she received from her boss Olark CEO Ben Congleton.
