Do you know that the food that you are eating everyday contain sugar and are you aware of the bad effect of the sugar containing in the food that you consume daily? Well, if you want to stay healthy and live longer life you must not eat the food that contain much sugar and it make you gain weight very fast and eventually lead to obesity – which can cause many related health problems.
To reduce the sugar, please try to eat less sugary foods namely sweets, cakes and biscuits, and drinking fewer sugary drinks. Free sugars refer to the sugars that are added to the food and drink or found naturally in honey syrups and unsweetened fruit juices.
