Hangover Cure: Cocktails, bone broth, cocktails and of course not a curry

Hangovers can really be brutal…more so when it’s a Monday and you need to reach the office by 9:00 am in the morning. In most people, the side effects of hangover keep on exacerbating with age and thus, it is important that you do something about them in order to get over them.
In a recent study, it has been revealed that a person on average would have 7 hours of throbbing headache at least once in a month as a side effect due to overdrinking of alcohol.
Also another astounding fact is that one out of every 14 Brits would have 3,024 hangovers in their entire lifetime and there is no point of taking in so much of unnecessary pain.
As per old wives tales, you would need to have a plate of tripe an hour before the heavy night starts and also drink raw eggs early in the next morning. However, there are other simple ways to say goodbye to your headache and here in this article we would look at them in details.
You no longer need to suffer in silence by sitting on your couch for the whole day and see the world go by and relive the happy moments of last night. Here are some of the things that you can do.

Cocktail – this is not what you think
After you come back home from a night out, treat yourself with a cocktail made from Berocca, Dioralyte and Alka-Seltzer. Take equal quantities of all of these and mix them in a large glass of water. Drink immediately.
This ‘cocktail’ would help to calm down your stomach and would also prevent dehydration and give your system a much required vitamin-boost.
Drink this cocktail the morning after and you will be all set for a non hangover day.
